Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide except to restricted regions in Asia and some remote areas. Please note that customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be included with all accessories and documentation
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Footwear showing signs of wear (scuffed soles, dirt marks, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items (these will be clearly marked)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your items with the original packing slip or order confirmation. Write the RMA number on the package and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for items until they reach us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we approve your return:
