Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after shipment

International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. We cannot predict these charges.

Return Window

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags)
• In original packaging with all accessories/documentation
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after return approval:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days to appear
• PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
